The UIMP organizes its training courses for translators in collaboration with the independent section of books translators (from the professional association of writers in Spain, called ACE Traductores).The courses are designed as a specialized itinerary, based on different modules. The participants may choose to attend the the whole course or just the modules they are most interested in. Our idea is to encourage an exchange of ideas and professional experiences and to serve as a forum for experts, teachers, professionals, students and anyone interested in translation under different approaches : translation interacting with teaching activities, translation as literary creation, technical aspects as to the profession and the world of publishing. We hope having two National Prizes of Translation in 2010 as part of our faculty members.
